BT REDCARE Alarm Monitoring

Simple, affordable, entry level alarm monitoring service using a SIM card that switches between the main mobile networks to ensure you are always using the best connection to the AMC.

Essential Extra

A wireless dual path alarm signalling system which uses two separate 4G SIMs ensuring your fire alarm system or Intruder alarm is constantly monitored remotely.


For extra peace of mind, your alarm system is monitored via your Internet connection alongside the two 4G SIMs, 24 hours a day.

Advanced Extra

Same level of protection as the Advanced package, but with higher priority on the network, meaning a loss of connection can be detected within 180 seconds.


As the name suggests, this package provides the highest level of reporting for all risk types. The system uses a dedicated secure IP connection on the BT Redcare network along with a backup of two separate 4G SIMS. In case of power failure, there is a backup battery and an even faster 90 second signal loss detection guarantee.

BT Redcare Next Generation

Already have a legacy BT Redcare system installed?

PSTN (Public switched telephone network) lines will be shutting down in 2025 meaning older models which rely on dial up connections are beginning to be phased out. Whilst support remains, it is only a matter of time before businesses will need to upgrade to a next generation alarm monitoring solution. BT Redcare have published an app which works on both android and iPhone, allowing authorised users (managers, keyholders etc) to receive notifications & retrieve logs of events.
